Built in the late 1950s by famed eccentric architect Waldo E. Sexton, the Szechuan Palace is a historic buidling. Artist, Jim Hutchinson, brother in law to the famous Florida artist Beanie Backus, took it upon himself to decor the walls with his original seminole Indian paintings that can be found hidden among various walls. With years of remodeling the present buidling has been owned by John and Sue Liang for over 20 years.
